Services Refund Policies

From here, onward, Oliver Evensen, shall be referred to as the Service Provider. Any time the service provider is mentioned it is in reference to either Oliver Evensen or his company. 

Services are defined as any appointment, reservation, booking or class made with the service provider. These policies are in place to protect the time, effort and resources invested in creating and providing our services. We want you to be satisfied with your experience and understand that each situation is unique, so please contact us if you have any concerns or issues with our services. We strive to provide the best service possible and want to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Service Deposits & Cancellations Policy

A deposit fee may be accessed in order to reserve a service with the service provider. We understand that life happens and sometimes the service may need to be cancelled or rescheduled by either party. In the event you are unable to attended a scheduled event you must contact the service provider at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to cancel or reschedule the appointment. If the appointment is canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment date and time, your deposit is eligible for a full refund. 

If a request for a refund is made within 24 hours of the appointment you may still reschedule the appointment for another day, but you can no longer receive a refund for that deposit. However, if the client requests additional services, the cost of the deposit will be deducted from the overall total cost of the rendered service. 

If the service provider is unable to fulfill the appointment for any reason the client is entitled to a full refund of the deposit. In the event that service provider needs to reschedule an appointment and the client agrees to the rescheduled date, your deposit remains refundable up to 24 hours prior to the rescheduled date. 

Services Refund Policy

We understand that our services require a significant investment and require a significant time investment on both parties: the client and the service provider. If at any point, you are unsatisfied with the service provided, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the original purchase price for that service up to 14 days after the service has been rendered. 

After 14 days, refunds for services rendered are no longer available due to the significant time and resources invested. Our aim is to ensure mutual satisfaction and deliver top-notch service. Please raise any concerns promptly for our immediate attention.

Note this policy is independent of the refund of service deposits as a result of a cancelation or rescheduled appointment. In reference to service deposits and our policy on refunding service deposits, the aforementioned policy still stands.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
